Welcome to Lapins.ai! Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding. By clicking to agree and accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein and agree to become a Lapins “User.” If you do not agree, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using Lapins services.
This Agreement is entered into by and between you (the “User” or “you”) and Insightbridge (referred to as “we” or “Lapins”) for the use of Lapins services.
1.1 Lapins is an AI-powered community for career growth and skill development, helping individuals navigate job searches, optimize applications, receive expert coaching, and build future-ready skills.
1.2 The Lapins service is consumer-to-consumer focused only. We have only one Lapins account type which is a personal account and do not offer specialty products to support businesses or other entity types like non-profits.
1.3 If Users reach a service agreement through Lapins, you clearly know that Lapins is not the provider of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Lapins excludes and disclaims all express or implied representations, guarantees and/or warranties for the legality, effectiveness, security and other aspects of third-party services, and does not assume any obligation or responsibility for any matter of the service agreement.
1.4 Lapins may use artificial intelligence products to provide guidance to Users, but such guidance is for reference purposes only. Users are solely responsible for deciding whether or not to follow guidance from Lapins.
1.5 Unless otherwise expressly stated by Lapins or required by Applicable Law, Lapins has no control over and cannot guarantee the quality, authenticity, safety, or legality of services displayed on Lapins; nor the truth or accuracy of Users’ content.
2.1 Scope of the Agreement: This Agreement includes the text of the Agreement, the Lapins Privacy Policy, and all other terms and conditions that Lapins has issued or may issue in the future.
2.2 Agreement Update: Lapins has the right to update, add, or make other adjustments to the contents of this Agreement and related rules at any time. In such cases, Lapins shall notify Users of the relevant content of any update or addition to the Agreement, the Supplemental Agreement, and related rules (hereinafter “Changes”) by internal mail, notification in the mobile app, or e-mail. If you do not agree with the Changes when they take effect, you should stop using Lapins services on the effective date of the Changes; otherwise, continued use implies acceptance. All terms and rules published by proper legal procedures are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.
2.3 Operator: The Lapins Operator means the legal entity that operates Lapins. You can check the information posted in the community at any time to determine the legal entity that performs the contract with you. The Lapins Operator may change in accordance with business adjustments. In such circumstances, Lapins may outsource, assign, transfer, license, delegate, or sublicense its rights and obligations under this Agreement to the new Operator without prior authorization from you. The change will not affect your rights and interests. Continued use after the change implies acceptance that the new Operator will perform this Agreement with you. Lapins will notify you of any change of operator through in‐app notification or other means.
2.4 Language Version: If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version of this Agreement and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
2.5 Affiliates: Some of Lapins’s services or functions may be provided in conjunction with its affiliates. In the event of a dispute, you may determine the responsible party based on the specific service used and the party whose actions affect your rights.
3.1 Age Limit: Users under 18 years of age are not allowed to use the Lapins Services.
3.2 Sanctions Restrictions: If you are subject to trade restrictions, economic sanctions, or other restrictions imposed by any country, region, or international organization, or if you provide funds, goods, or services to any of the foregoing, you are not allowed to use Lapins Services.
3.3 Account Registration: You need to register and log in to a Lapins account to use all features. Without completing login, you may only use basic services such as browsing and searching. Lapins provides various registration methods. When you follow the registration prompts, provide or authorize access to necessary information, read and agree to this Agreement and related agreements, and complete registration, you obtain a Lapins account and become a User.
3.4 Account Use: Your account is linked to your personal information and is for your sole personal use. If you authorize a third party to use your account without Lapins’s consent, your account may be invalidated. If Lapins determines that your account usage endangers your or others’ accounts/property or Lapins’s information security, Lapins may suspend, refuse, or terminate your account services.
3.5 Account Information: When using Lapins Services, you shall provide accurate and complete information as required by Lapins so that Lapins or other Users can contact you. You understand and agree that it is your obligation to keep your information true, valid, and up‐to‐date.
3.6 Account Transfer: You may not transfer your Lapins account. Lapins reserves the right to hold you liable for any breach resulting from unauthorized transfer. You will be solely responsible for any liabilities arising from such a breach.
3.7 Account Behavior Responsibility: Users acknowledge responsibility for all actions taken under their accounts.
3.8 Account Security: Your account password is maintained by you; Lapins will never ask for it. You should protect your account. Lapins is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access from your disclosure of account information or from third‐party attacks; you shall seek remedies from the infringer.
3.9 Legitimacy of User Information: When you publish content or use Lapins Services, other Users identify you via your nickname, avatar, and profile. Your chosen username, avatar, or other information must not violate applicable laws, this Agreement, or third‐party rights. Lapins reserves the right to delete or block content, restrict or ban accounts, suspend or terminate services, seek damages, and pursue legal liability for violations without prior notice.
When you browse Lapins, Lapins provides categorization, keyword search, favorites, etc., to better match your needs.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal rights to the information you post, that your postings comply with applicable law and this Agreement, and that you are responsible for managing the content you post.
Unless otherwise stated, there is no transfer of intellectual property rights, rights of likeness, or other rights in any text, images, video, audio, or other information (excluding personal information) you provide, post, or create while using Lapins Services. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby grant Lapins and its affiliates a non‐exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty‐free, irrevocable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license to use, reproduce, modify, alter, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or otherwise make available your postings on Lapins in any form, media, or technology, including incorporation into other works.
Currently, Lapins Services are free of charge unless explicitly stated. If Lapins decides to charge a fee in the future, Lapins will notify you as agreed in this Agreement, ensuring you have a full right to choose.
When using Lapins Services, you agree that you shall not:
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lapins expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings, and terms are excluded.
5.2 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through access to or use of Lapins or its services is at each User’s sole discretion and risk. Each User is solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or loss of data resulting from such download. No advice or information obtained from Lapins or through its services creates any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.
5.3 Under no circumstances shall Lapins be held liable for any delay, failure, or disruption of the service accessed or delivered through Lapins, or for the creation or fulfillment of contracts resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Lapins only provides services; you understand that content is published by Users and may contain risks or defects. You should evaluate all information carefully and interact with other Users cautiously to avoid fraud or other risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lapins disclaims all representations and warranties as to the validity, accuracy, reliability, quality, stability, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by Users.
5.5 Lapins may offer services or products provided by independent third parties. No warranty or representation is made regarding such services or products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lapins shall not be liable for any such services or products.
5.6 If a dispute arises between you and another User, you agree to hold Lapins harmless from any damages, disputes, actions, controversies, liabilities, or losses arising from such dispute.
5.7 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lapins shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, savings, business interruption, or loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise, arising from:
5.8 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lapins’s aggregate liability (including that of its employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, or anyone acting on its behalf) to you for all claims arising from access to or use of the service during any calendar year shall be limited to the greater of (1) the total charges paid by you to Lapins during that calendar year, or (2) EUR 100, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not preclude your right to prove actual damages. All claims must be filed within one year from when the cause of action arose, or any longer period prescribed by applicable law.
6.1 Protection of Personal Information: Lapins takes the protection of Users’ personal information seriously. By using Lapins Services, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information in accordance with the Lapins Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details to help you better protect your personal information.
7.1 Your use of Lapins AI Services, and any information or functions associated with such services (collectively, “Lapins AI”), is subject to this Agreement and any other policies Lapins publishes.
7.2.1 “Content” means all Input and Output transmitted via Lapins AI.
7.2.2 “Input” means all data, text, images, information, materials, and other User‐generated content provided to or made available by you for the performance of Lapins AI, including prompts, responses, and any third‐party intellectual property materials used to generate Output.
7.2.3 “Output” means the output generated by the Services based on the Input.
7.3.1 You agree not to, through Lapins AI:
7.3.2 You will not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws or regulations, including consumer protection laws.
7.3.3 You are solely responsible for the lawful use of Lapins AI. Violation of this Agreement or applicable laws may lead to immediate termination of Lapins AI access without notice.
7.4.1 Content generated by Lapins AI uses machine learning algorithms to produce automated responses based on your Input. All Output is attributable to you, and you are fully responsible for all Content and consequences of transmitting or publishing it. Lapins bears no responsibility for User-submitted or generated materials (including text, images, audio, and video) in any form.
7.4.2 You acknowledge Lapins AI may not provide accurate or up‐to‐date responses for all queries. Lapins AI is not a substitute for human support. You should manually review, edit, and revise AI Output before sharing.
7.4.3 Some queries may be beyond Lapins AI’s capabilities. You should monitor AI performance and suitability. If dissatisfied, you may provide feedback, propose presets, or discontinue use.
7.4.4 Lapins does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of AI responses. Lapins AI may lack real‐time data. Your use of AI and any actions taken are at your own risk.
7.4.5 You authorize Lapins to use all Content you upload as AI Input and to generate Output. You warrant there are no restrictions on your Content that limit its use. Each User grants Lapins and its affiliates a non‐exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty‐free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, perform, display, or otherwise make available your Content in any form, media, or technology.
7.5.1 The technology driving Lapins AI and any associated software or algorithms are owned by Lapins, its affiliates, or licensors. Lapins grants Users a limited, non‐exclusive, non‐transferable, non‐sublicensable right to access and use Lapins AI. Except as expressly permitted, you shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, adapt, or create derivative works of Lapins AI or any part thereof.
7.5.2 Unless stated otherwise, there is no transfer of intellectual property rights, rights of likeness, or other rights in User Postings (excluding personal information) resulting from your use of Lapins AI.
7.5.3 You authorize Lapins to use all Content you upload and to generate Output. You warrant there are no legal restrictions limiting your Content’s use. Each User grants Lapins and its affiliates a non‐exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty‐free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, perform, display, or otherwise make available User Content on Lapins AI in any form, media, or existing technology.
8.1.1 You shall be deemed in breach if any of the following occur:
8.1.2 To adapt to service demands, Lapins may prescribe procedures and standards for determining default in Lapins Rules. For example, Lapins may compare your data with other Users’ data to detect anomalies. You must provide sufficient evidence if flagged; otherwise, you will be deemed in default.
8.2.1 Information Treatment: If your published content is illegal, improper, or in default, Lapins may immediately delete or block it, and may restrict account access, ban the account, or suspend/terminate services in part or full.
8.2.2 Behavioral Restrictions: If your behavior on or outside Lapins constitutes a violation, Lapins may restrict or terminate your account and services in part or full. For serious violations, Lapins may ban your account permanently. Lapins will not compensate Users for these measures and is not liable for any resulting loss or damage.
8.2.3 Disclosure of Users’ Information: You understand and agree Lapins may disclose your information as required by law or authorities (e.g., governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement). Lapins is not liable for any loss or damage from such disclosure and will not compensate Users. Users agree not to bring claims against Lapins regarding such disclosure.
8.2.4 Transmission of Violation Information: If you are involved in fraud, counterfeiting, theft of accounts, or other risks, Lapins may, as required by law or its rules, transfer information to third-party payment institutions, which may take measures such as canceling fund collection, stopping fund transfers, or imposing penalties on your account.
If your behavior causes Lapins, its affiliates, or third-party providers to suffer economic losses (including direct and indirect losses such as liquidated damages, indemnification, fines, legal fees, or goodwill losses) or third-party claims, you shall indemnify Lapins and its affiliates or third parties for all such losses. If Lapins pays any amount due to your indemnification obligation, that amount becomes your debt to Lapins, and you shall pay daily interest at 0.02% until fully paid.
9.1.1 When you accept this Agreement and Lapins Services, you shall provide true and effective contact information (e-mail address, contact phone number, postal address, etc.). You must ensure the validity of your contact data. The User account (including subaccounts) created upon login, as well as in‐site mail, system messages, and discussion forums, are valid for receiving communications. If your contact data changes, you must immediately update it in English and the local language of your primary transaction jurisdiction so Lapins can reach you.
9.1.2 Lapins may send messages or notices via the media specified above. These communications may impact your rights or obligations, so you must review them promptly.
9.2.1 Communications Sent by Lapins: (i) Written electronic communications (in‐app notifications, text messages, e-mails, system messages) are validly delivered when successfully sent; (ii) Printed written communications are validly delivered five calendar days after mailing to the provided address.
9.2.2 Judicial or Administrative Documents: For disputes arising from Lapins activities, you authorize delivery of legal documents through the contact methods specified in 9.1.1 or any modern communication method (e.g., text messages, e-mails) or by post. Such documents are deemed delivered as specified above. The mailing address you provide is your legal contact address for communications.
9.2.3 Multiple Media Delivery: You agree that if authorities send legal documents through multiple media, the delivery time is when the first medium is received.
9.2.4 Applicability to All Proceedings: The above delivery methods apply to all stages of judicial, arbitration, or administrative proceedings, including enforcement or follow‐up proceedings.
9.2.5 Responsibility to Maintain Accurate Channels: You must ensure your provided communication channels are correct, valid, and updated. If delivery is delayed or prevented due to inaccurate or outdated information, you bear any legal consequences.
10.1.1 Termination by Users: You have the right to terminate this Agreement by notifying Lapins in writing thirty (30) calendar days in advance if:

10.1.3 Termination by Lapins: Lapins may terminate this Agreement by notice if:
10.2.1 Disclosure of Users’ Information: After termination, Lapins is not obliged to disclose any account information to you or any third party, except as required by law. Once terminated, Lapins has no obligation to retain any data or information in your account or forward it to third parties and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from termination. Lapins may remove any information you uploaded upon termination.
10.2.2 Lapins’s Rights: After termination, to the extent permitted by law, Lapins may still pursue responsibilities from you for past defaults under this Agreement.
11.1 Governing Law: The formation, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, enforcement, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it, shall first be resolved by mutual negotiation. Negotiations shall commence within seven (7) days after one party submits a request. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, if the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days after the commencement of negotiations, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (“HKIAC”) for final resolution under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the arbitration shall be conducted in English. The HKIAC’s decision is final and binding. Arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise provided in the award.
11.3 Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief: You and Lapins agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding. Unless both you and Lapins agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person’s or party’s claims, nor preside over any consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. Any relief awarded cannot affect other users.
12.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lapins regarding Lapins Services, superseding any prior agreements.
12.2 Independence: Lapins and each User are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchise relationship is created by this Agreement.
12.3 No Waiver: Lapins’s failure to enforce any right or act on any breach by a User does not waive that right or future enforcement on similar breaches.
12.4 Transferability: Lapins may outsource, assign, transfer, license, delegate, or sublicense its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party (including affiliates) without your prior authorization. Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations without written permission from Lapins.
12.5 Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12.6 References: All references in Lapins to the “Lapins User Agreement” refer to this Agreement as of its effective date.
12.7 Index: Indexing keywords at the front of each clause are for reference only and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the clauses.
